"I have stayed at this hotel more than once and have never yet been disappointed! The rooms are clean and smelt of fresh linen as I entered the room! The boys and girls were very efficient and when I requested softer pillows .....it was very quickly and efficiently dealt with! As a solo female travel I felt safe at the hotel and plenty of parking directly in front of the premises helped alot! Checking in and checking out were made simple as I had booked online. Heartily recommend this place and I will be back!"

"Had a pleasant experience during our 2-night stay at this hotel. There are dining options nearby, and it's located right next to Tun M's birthplace complex. "Stayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling. The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much. Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving. One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay. All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!"

"The hotel is located quite a distance away from the centre of town but away from the husle bustle of the city. The room was small with little space to move. There is no elevator to the upper floors. We are thankful that the receptionionist changed our room from the third floor to the second floor. There is ample parking space for guests."

NNurhidayahThis was my second time staying at T+ Hotel Sg Korok, and it continues to be a great choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking space available, which is very convenient for travelers. I stayed in a room for 4 people, and it was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. However, one downside is the lack of an operating lift, which could be inconvenient for those with elderly parents or heavy luggage. If I’m not mistaken, the lift has already been installed and is pending approval from the local authorities, so I recommend checking with the hotel directly for updates. Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, and I look forward to returning again in the future!

WWin BkkGood location behind the large shipping mall Aman Central and Alor Setar Tower The check in was smooth even very late at night. BB Motel is colocated with Bee Gladden Hotel. You check in at Bee Garden. BB Motel is a wing consisting of rooms with shared toilet. The room was basic. A/C works ok. Wifi signal was weak inside my room. The traffic noise was not so bad after the shipping mall was closed. Overall, I recommend this place.
